Hi, I’m Maddie, I work at UCLA ER and I’m on strike, along with a bunch of other trauma techs, custodians, food service workers, patient care assistants and security guards. We have not had a new contract in two years - we are some of the lowest paid employees in the system. We deserve better!

I really miss OG TWD. Idc if the quality dipped, when I was laid up for months nothing was better than watching this crappy television show. When Daryl said this line at the end I fucking cheered. Now all the characters are split up into 5 different shows that will never end and it’s all too much.

I finished SILENT HILL: THE SHORT MESSAGE and it was really beautiful storytelling. It deals with heavy themes such as bullying, teen suicide, stuff like that, but in a way that doesn’t feel exploitative or gratuitous. Plus the visuals and music were really lovely. Akira Yamoaka doesn’t miss 💖
