It all comes back to the fact that they blew off actual experts who warned them it was airborne back in 2020, and killed an enormous number of people in one of the worst medical errors in history. Talking about prevention now draws attention to that.

Across Q2 2025 31 056 excess deaths were registered:
9 283 in April, 9 598 in May, and 12 175 in June (Figure 2). This compares with 17 462 in Q2 2024, underlining a rise at European level.

At national level, Germany (14 195), Spain (7 939), and France (7 591) recorded the largest numbers!

Just updated our preprint assessing the 2022 study that claimed medical masks to be noninferior to N95s for COVID. In addition to issues identified previously, a closer examination of the data revealed unexpected patterns unlikely to occur in nature: osf.io/preprints/me...
