Ben laatst benaderd door iemand uit de reclamewereld die "iets buitengewoon interessants ontdekt over quantum" namelijke een "theorie/filosofie die zomaar verstrekkende implicaties kan hebben". Hij zocht iemand "die genoeg credibility heeft om de theorie wat gewicht te geven".

Wow, trip through memory lane! Searched (and found) a (single) stereo rendering on an old harddisk. To me, the illusion seems less strong but N=1, interesting that in an actual experiment you found otherwise! Did you also ask about the relief? Was it (much) more deep in VR?

I let GPT-4o recreate the visual stimuli used in the paper "Vision and Touch: An Experimentally Created Conflict between the Two Senses" by Rock and Victor (1964). You can clearly see that GPT does not have hands otherwise it would have understood the necessary affordance of the stimulus.
