Oh nooo, poor hedgies! I made a hedgehog house out of wood for them to shelter in winter safely from cats. But I also have pumpkins in my garden. I'll read about that. I want my spikey boys to eat the slugs, not rotten veggies.

My copies of #DetectiveBeans by @exocomics.com arrived today! I picked them up on my way to the bakery. Page 10 of the first book made me laugh out loud 😄.

The idea that a debate can be "won" makes no sense. The one who's right is the one who has the facts on their side, even if they're terrible on stage. Debates are spectacle and advertising, using rhetoric and manipulation to persuade (not convince) the spectators.

That craftsmanship is incredible. Cutting, polishing, inserting all those little gems must have taken ages. And imagine doing all that tiny work without spectacles or a magnifying glass.

In France we've had five I think. We've been thinking of writing a sixth one since I was a kid. We don't worship our constitution, not because it's bad but because it's just a legal document and not a holy relic. We don't teach our kids we're the best nation on earth.

I bought a bird ladder for the bunny sand box in my garden because I didn't want mice to get stuck. It was a 15 cm high wall. That well is just cruel.

Crazy idea: stream or vod yourselves on YouTube playing Animal Crossing multiplayer or something. Don't even bother with a cam, a mic is enough. Not even for money, just to hang out.

The Dragon Age website used to have a "Felicia Day" button featuring prominently in its main navbar.

I know because I never played or really looked into the game but I wanted to see what she did. They had made it easy.
