Sorry for not posting in a minute. Been severely sick over the weekend and still sick. Lost 6lbs because of it as my diet was 90% water lol. Starting to get my appetite back. Good news, I am now 249lbs!

I'm upset that @paramountplus.bsky.social ended #LowerDecks. It's honestly the best Star Trek series that stuck to being Star Trek while being it's own thing. I'm going to miss the USA Cerritos and her crew.

I should mention what diet I am on. I am running the Mediterranean diet. Though I'm mixing it up with other cultural foods to have balanced meal choices while sticking to the theme of plant based diet with high protein, low carb.
I've been on my diet for officially a week now!! Even though I posted 4 days ago, I actually started last Thursday. I'll give a weight update next week, promise! ❤️

JS, this is a big cyber security issue for users by having malicious agents able to obtain ownership of said upgraded handle and pose as the original user.
