Is watching the news sending everyone else’s anxiety sky high or is it just me?

I don’t even live in the US and it’s fucking terrifying me! Partly because I’m worried for my American friends, a large portion of whom are LGBTQIA+, but also because it’s scary how easily the UK could take pointers…
