In my humble opinion they should get the same medical care that we get! I also believe they should only be making minimum wage! They need to be able to relate to the people and what a better way to do that than having to live like one of us.

I run every day for 30 minutes, if I miss a day I add 30 minutes to the next day. This has truly been a game changer, tomorrow I am supposed to run for 3 weeks. 🤷😁

I wish this wasn't true.I have people ask me if I ever feel well.Or they tell me to power thru.Yesterday I did exactly that & it caused a huge set back. It honestly surprised me because I didn't go crazy! Filled my own water cup.Drove myself to Church. Nothing major really. Had to sit up to sleep 💔😥

Air fryer Turkey roast, homemade gravy & dressing. I forgot to buy sausage for my stuffing 😭. Benjamin also got mashed potatoes & Hawaiian rolls. Kept it simple since I'm still recovering & can't move my right arm well. Benjamin helped lifting.Hope everyone is having a blessed Thanksgiving 🦃

Was able to sleep in my bed.Getting up to go to the restroom & back in bed is a night mare & extremely painful. I got a donut cushion to sit on which is really helpful during the day. Pain level with Percocet & Tizanadine is a solid 6 as long as I don't move. Coughing/hiccups make me wish I was dead
