This is a first offense that it's gone on past 10p. Usually, they have stuff turned off by an average of 9:45 at the latest

It went until almost midnight... i went and asked them to turn it down and they did. I'm gonna talk to them at some point today to be like "heyyy can we agree to not have bass booming after 10pm please?"

I've found that most of the time, people start to quiet down by 10, but dont typically go past 11

I was always told in general that implied "quiet hours" are 10pm to 7am if there aren't any stated in the lease

Let's say your apartment/residence shares a wall with your neighbors. What would be the (implied) "quiet hours"?
For example: when would it be considered too late to play music loud enough that the bass shakes the building...

Whenever i feel stressed to the point where i cant sleep - but need to sleep - i listen to the Return to Pooh Corner album by Kenny Loggins bc when i was little that's what i listened to (on repeat) every night for a Long time
