could not tell you the context with which i made this but i found it in a folder of my stuff and it did make me giggle

a screenshot of an octopath 2 boss battle (partitio ch 1 i think?) except shizuku from project sekai has been superimposed poorly onto all the enemies, so there is one big shizuku and two smaller shizukus. also partitio's sprite has been covered up by a picture of an iphone.

ive been ruminating today on the multichap fic ive been writing... im not very far along atm but im like. oh, i should finish it entirely before i post it. so i know im happy with it as a story, because its how id write if it were a book. but on the other hand.........

early wip wednesday (ive got work all day tomorrow so)

His thighs burn when they finally reach the top, and he leans on the heavy wood door with a tired wheeze, pressing his forehead to a chilled metal hinge. (He thinks a prayer to Aelfric for such a gift in his holy place, though it isn’t vocalized.)

Temenos, on the other hand, looks barely winded, his expression as pleasantly, eerily neutral as it had been at the base of the hill. Crick thinks that he’s more than a little terrified of Temenos, for reasons he only tangentially connects to the whole abduction hostage situation he’s found himself in. He’s just... too blank. Unnaturally so. His hair almost glows, and his skin has nary a blemish. He’s more like a painting than a man, save for his eyes, which are just as gorgeous but which see, so clearly and obviously, boring into Crick with an intensity that makes the animal part of him twitch to shaky life."

a plate of weird biscuit bites overflowing with different fillings. the photo shows clearly one with nutella oozing out and one with berry jelly.

my new abomination it's an omelette but put on a bagel to make a sandwich. the bagel is currently open so you can see the omelette, which is nicely browned and has spinach poking out and hot sauce on top.

a half filled plate of earl grey cookies with lemon glaze. someone ate half of these before i could take the photo. they're equally big, and one has a kind of... caramalized glaze candy on top of it. that was kind of mid but we live and learn
