I wonder if some languages are more efficient or performant for LLM token generation than others. I can't imagine that the stats are the same for generating Chinese characters vs Latin letters, right? 🤔

PSA: The Reddit API is free and with generous rate limits! www.reddit.com/dev/api/ It's not like X where you've got to pay thousands to use it.
... Just need to work out what to use it for now 😅

Hot take: Gemini is actually the most expensive AI to use.
The API's cheap on paper but there's always unexplained costs and no customer service to get it sorted 🤷
Sorry Gemini, it's not you, it's the billing 💔

Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Pro... when did I subscribe to all of these? 😅
It's like streaming services all over again - I feel like I need all of them to get the best 'content' 😂
Can one just win already please?? 🙏

Everyone's debating whether there'll be a job apocalypse from AI.
I'm just wondering what the hell we'd actually do if there was 😅

Yes, they built AI browsers to gather data about you. They're very advanced spyware.
The thing is, your AI *will* be more helpful if it knows more about you.
So, are you still willing to make the same trade you've always made with big tech? Your data in exchange for cool features? 😜

Claude Code in the browser is cool but honestly I'd really recommend you check out Happy Coder instead: github.com/slopus/happy
It works with both Claude and Codex.
Genuinely thank you to @Ex3NDR and everyone who built it 👏 🙏

AI Browsers: I've been using Comet for a little while, but now ChatGPT has one (Atlas). NGL they actually do save time once you get used to them - booking tickets, filling out forms, you start thinking of ways to use it once you know it's there.

So, I've come to the conclusion that it's time to psychoanalyse myself. Photo Cake is still not released.

Recently my wife and I went to the beach for the first time with our baby boy... I've discovered there's no reading a book on the beach anymore for me 😂

I think I'm genuinely less scared of spending months of my time building something no one asked for than finding and asking one business exec and asking them what would make/save them money 😭😂
September 10, 2025 at 10:56 AM
Apparently @claudeai Claude Code has gotten worse and people are cancelling subscriptions??
How are people able to tell this is the case? Or is this the "vibe" in "vibe coding"? 😂

Thought I'd try out @GeminiApp 's new image generation considering all the hype...

I must say it is 🔥🔥😂

I do think it is possible for GPT to be less robotic and also not sycophantic, just like humans manage to be empathetic without always agreeing
August 19, 2025 at 7:27 PM
I would recommend @VibeTunnel 👍
I saves me from the anxiety being out and about wondering if #ClaudeCode is just waiting for me to hit "Yep, you good mate, carry on" 😂

I've been using #ClaudeCode and #GeminiCLI interchangeably for about a week now, and I must say Claude Code is _much_ better.
💪🏼🚀

Trust @grok to roll out controversial AI personalities 🙄
As if my experience of reading my X feel clearly didn't promote controversiality enough already! 😂
August 2, 2025 at 1:22 PM
I am becoming mildly obsessed with maximising my rate limit... 😬
Anyone else??

I genuinely give the AI long a difficult tasks if I feel I haven't used it much and I feel I need to come up with a new task to give it once my limit resets 😅 Should I be worried??
July 31, 2025 at 5:00 PM
NGL @AnthropicAI's Claude Code is actually better than Gemini CLI at the moment, and I'm a bit of a Gemini Pro 2.5 fanboy! 😂 🤓
July 30, 2025 at 2:49 PM
Does anyone here know the limits for Gemini CLI with
Gemini Pro? 🤔
You can see my usage when I hit the limit today as an example... but it seems to vary quite a lot when I hit it!
Maybe @GeminiApp can tell us? 😁
July 29, 2025 at 10:35 AM
Just started using the @GeminiApp CLI and it's actually very impressive! 👀
I find I'm actually now spending more time prompting the AI than writing the code myself which feels like a milestone! 😲📈

To be fair it is quite hard to price AI products!

The amount it costs the business to use the service isn't always clear when converted into a pricing model for your customers. Businesses choose to simplify it for their customers but sometimes that creates a gap.
July 8, 2025 at 4:12 PM
Do you think using AI is making us less smart?? 🤔
Personally, I've noticed I have less patience for any writing or coding. As in, actually writing anything out. I almost always choose to let an AI draft and I edit. Do you do the same??
June 25, 2025 at 6:22 PM
I just don't understand how someone can commit to a vibe coding tool with limited usage...
Why am I paying $20pm for something that's still going to tell me I'm overusing it. Just use the API and pay as you go??

PhotoCake is officially "submitted for review" to Apple and Google Play! 📱✨ This is the home stretch - can't wait for you all to try it! 😁
