Minecraft hot take but I wish they kept the idea of having to be careful when digging suspicious sand/gravel and having to fire pots... it added much needed depth to archaeology and I get the feeling they changed it because they weren't confident enough people would bother with the system otherwise

I do think it's true modern minecraft is a little bloated, but I honestly couldn't justify removing any feature bc they ultimately add value and variety

You can incorporate stuff like fur into bodies nicely by dynameshing with polypaint turned off to retain the polygroups before zremeshing down and smoothing the transition areas a bit
