I know its contradictive to post this BUT I have replaced scrolling on social media in the morning with playing Animal Crossing. I've literally done this almost every day for a month so far and I feel way less attached to social media. Feels nice to hop on here for a bit and go on with my day.

Not to mention my idiot ass decided to cut my own hair and mess it up so I had to buzz it all off. I’m not vain but looking in the mirror is honestly so difficult anymore. It’s even causing a tiny bit of dysphoria.

I’ve honestly gotten to a pretty rough point with insecurity about my appearance. I think for the time being I won’t be using my face in videos or thumbnails. I used to be so confident with my body and everything but it’s like it took a 180 when my skin started breaking out everywhere.
