SCOTUS is set to up end voting rights, destroying the work of the civil rights movement. The GOP is itching for a return to Jim Crow. How are Democrats going to respond. States can allow incarcerated people vote. Only Vermont and Maine currently do. 2 million people are currently incarcerated.

There's a clear a way to end the Citizens United precedent by changing state incorporation laws - and now luminaries in both parties are forcing a vote on it in the 2026 election.

I no longer subscribe to this sad excuse for journalism. This is their favorite type of opinion piece-giving credence to something morally reprehensible and claiming neutrality. Bullying leads to PTSD and sucidality in children should be the headline.
