A busy day at #LAAF saw an evening of stories and discussion @thebluecoat.bsky.social, launching @commapress.bsky.social' daring new anthology, Palestine Minus One PLUS Mohamed Gohar spoke on his architectural and heritage experiences for his exhibition 'The Alexandrian' at Yamama Café and Bar.
We were thrilled to team up Yamama Café and Bar at #LAAF2025 for 'A Taste of Jordan' - a lunch and supper club, where food met memory, and every bite told a story!

This year at #LAAF2025 we were thrilled to present Archiving Nostalgia, featuring two shorts and a feature length doc at @factliverpool.bsky.social.

The event showcased contemporary Arab films from Lebanon, Tunisia, and Algeria that reflect on nostalgia as both a thematic and aesthetic tool.
Looking back at some more of this year's #LAAF highlights!

We welcomed a screening of Dounia and the Princess of Aleppo and Dounia - The Great White North, two wonderful stories of Dounia, a young Syrian child, to the fantastic Plaza Community Cinema, in association with At the Library!
