A Christian nationalist state is the end game. If you look at the history of the U.S. since colonialists first landed on the mainland, the desire was for a Calvinist theocracy, not a pluralistic democracy. Read Max Weber’s book, The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism.

It’s working here the same way it worked in Nazi Germany m. Trump didn’t bring anything new, he and his henchmen are amplifying what people already believe but wouldn’t say out loud.
