use the time straight after to get out more similar content/comment response videos to FAQs/anything that is relevant!

it’s not that people from privileged backgrounds are being hired only for that reason, it’s that anyone without those privileges aren’t able to apply at the same rates

they’re locked out before they even get to the job application stage

creative industries as a whole have a class problem. you generally have to:

✨afford to be able to work for free to get initial experience
✨not have caring/financial responsibilities that might prevent you from opportunities
✨generally have some support system for insecurity/redundancy risks
