Today, I did not watch a single second of the Dophins game. I made apple butter and I kegged a new beer. I played a cozy game for a bit. And I finally got half-way caught up on The Bear season 4. They can't hurt me now.

Pressure cooking and blending are done. Transferred to the slow cooker and added vanilla extract. Now we wait for it to cook down and thicken. I'll check it later tonight.
