"al verde" (to the green) means broke.
My favorite Italian idiom is "in bocca al lupo" (in the mouth of the wolf), which is equivalent to break a leg!
And the response of "in bocca al lupo" is "crepi il lupo" (may the wolf die).

The reason I have a Canadian stereotype:
A Canadian guy stole a bus with passengers.
He unlawfully seized the bus, BUT he made the scheduled stops and allowed passengers to get on and off freely. At one point, he even denied someone looking to board with an expired Bus Pass.

Found the unagi kabayaki from the Asian supermarket!
I made extra kabayaki sauce using mirin, soy sauce, rice wine, and white sugar (1:1:1:1).
Additionally, I added a pinch of ground white pepper and some starch to help the sauce thicken more quickly. #Food #FoodSky #Foodie
