Trying to get in a better mental space about myself ahead of birthday #39. This is me, still big but not as big. I’ve dropped over 100 lbs in the last 3 years. Still have ~80 lbs to get to my goal weight, but I try to remind myself that slow and steady is okay. Here’s to my last year in my 30’s.
