Man, I remember this recipe for candied yams I made back in 2020. Was my first time doing g it this way. Maby steps, very labor intensive. Chunky yams, candied sauce made on the stove, finished in the oven.
It was good, but not that good. Too much work.

I saw a coffee table in my local free group and jumped at it.
Its one of those huge ass round glass tables from the 70s. Its got 4 stools that fit underneath it.

Just finished season 2 of A Man on the Inside. Show’s brilliant. Near perfect.. Ted Danson just as good as it gets in this show. Shurur and the writers.. Little gnome under my seat must’ve been cutting up onions twice. That Thanksgiving episode and the finale episode 8. Chefs kiss. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
