I can't get over how this belted Kingfisher looks like a bobblehead 😂. I appreciate him making an appearance though!

I took this picture before we were all prohibited from entering the woods due to wildfire risks. It was unbelievable how much the marsh had dried up. I hope we get some rain soon.

These Great White Pelicans have been a presence in St. Jame's park since 1664, when they were gifted from the Russian Amabassador to King Charles II.

They have never successfully bred in the park, and their numbers have been replenished over the years.
