The cognitive dissonance was strong with this one tonight. I watched #Survivor, with commercials, and folks are seriously already advertising for the holidays. Holidays that millions of people won’t be able to celebrate because their SNAP benefits are frozen for November and possibly December. Ugh 😤

Not sure why the movie #Him got such poor reviews; I enjoyed it! It really is a feast for the eyes and ears, and it’s a unique take on professional sports. I would probably tweak the ending, but overall, I’d recommend it this spooky season!

Had my first Boston hair experience today, and so far, I’m impressed! I was using an app to find hair braiders and I found someone who does takedown service and a wash and dry. My head feels brand new! So happy right now.

Okay, just got done teaching for the day and I’m exhausted! But I wanted to say RIP to the beautiful soul that was D'Angelo. I loved listening to his music with my family. Seriously cannot believe he’s gone.
