If you're a member of the federal government working on energy or climate (esp. at DOE, EPA, Treasury, or OMB), I'd love to talk to you -- on-the-record or off-, background, etc. I of course will honor requests for anonymity. I'm on Signal @lmj.5709.

Here's a lil screenshot of what it looks like; it's sortable by column, and awards are color-coded according to how much is on the line.

I spent time this week parsing the second list of (potential) DOE award cancellations that has been circulating DC, and it occurred to me that others would probably appreciate a clean, searchable dataset.

So I made one, for @latitudemedia.bsky.social :

Yesterday, Russ Vought tweeted out that DOE is canceling nearly $8 billion in clean energy funding. Today, @latitudemedia.bsky.social @maeveallsup.bsky.social obtained the list of all 321 projects that are having their awards pulled.

The world has lost its most powerful advocate for nature and hope. Yet many remain who will continue her legacy and I know she will continue to inspire generations more.
