Had some recovery/rest days over this Labor Day weekend, but got out for a double workout day today! Evening 2 mile walk outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Then late night gym sesh, upper body!! Left the gym at 10p! #gymsky #fitnesssky

Friday night, I took a nap after work. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body.
Saturday = # 4 for the week, + add'l PT sessions.

Day 3 for the week!! Pull day! Had hip flexor PT workout this morning, then this pull day tonight. My whole body is a little achy/sore, ended with a hydrotherapy massage. 💓💦

I was a little all over the place in my sets, but ..got it done!!
Day 2 for the week, last night. Did a little cardio. Bike 35 min. 🚲
Life just keeps lifing, but ..the gyms always open!! Took a week off after a painful PT IT Band scraping session and then a tummy bug, but ...back at it today. Let's see if i can get 5 days this week! Kid starts back at school, still in PT, work...and gym. #goals #gymsky #fitnesssly

Day 4! ✔️ Leg day!!!

After an hour long PT workout, hip flexor, IT band improvements ...took a quick snack break at home and headed to the gym.

Nearly cried at PT today ... Metal tools on my IT band (Graston technique)...but I do think it feels better, albeit some bruising 🥺 😭

Been on an accidental posting hiatus!! But, been at the gym! Cardio yesterday, and Push Day today! Did hip PT. Doing another 6 weeks of hip therapy! It's getting better, but still needs work. #letsgo #gymsky #fitnesssky

Day 2 done, going for 5 gym days, 2 PT days at the office & 3 PT days @ home!
Meal plan for the week! I shopped my pantry, fridge and both freezers....the only thing I needed to buy was meatballs for the tortellini soup. Time to use up the odds and ends and random purchases! #mealplan #whatsfordinner
I tried to move up in triceps...was NOT happening today, but I am happy with 105. It'll come eventually.

My ab roller...its a love hate relationship. For sure!!!
Here is yesterday's - Day 5. I was short on time, squishing in between family & friend visits, but 35 min cardio ✅

Today, Day 1, gym was dead, got on ALL the machines. Completed full sets. No waiting. #gymsky #fitnesssky

Day 1 for the week! Pull Day! Accept I accidentally did pullups instead of tricep dips on the assist machine today..oh well. Not a loss.

I was able to remove a level of assist, so that felt pretty great!! 😍

Its hot! 90°. Hydration game today! Hip flexor PT this morning. It's doing well! 60 min session. Great workout.

After work, went to the gym, pull day! It was busy! Couldn't get on all the machines, but got some bonus cardio. 🔥 48 min. Then the kid said "lets go" so we did. #gymsky #fitnesssky
Yesterdays work out. We went to a parade and festival in the morning and I was pretty tired, but I still hit the gym. I just did 1 less set in each exercise. Finished up with a 10 Min treadmill walk. #gymsky #fitnesssky

Day 4/4 ✅ Cardio & abs today! Haven't done abs in a while. 3 sets of 15 on the ab roller. Then 25 min of hip flexor PT. Both on lunch.

Then cardio after work 15 min stairmaster, 20 min treadmill (slow)& 15 min on the recumbent bike.
