I was laid off from a job that I held for a decade. The date is easy to remember; April 20, 2010. My now bro-in-law had a pair of tickets to a Slightly Stoopid concert that night and donated them to me, so, I found freedom thrice in one day:

TV on the Radio performed "Trouble" towards the end of their set outside at Stubb's in Austin and it started to lightly rain on us all. Once the song was done, the rain stopped.
