SMU outside hitter Kennedi Rogers is entering the transfer portal. The 5-10 freshman appeared in 22 matches this season averaging 2.73 kills per set with a .272 hitting percentage. The Missouri City, Texas native was named to the all-ACC freshman team.

2026 setter Isabelle Hoppe flipped her commitment from Pitt to Wisconsin. The 5-8 HS senior originally pledged to the Panthers in June 2024. (Pitt added S Izzy Starck today and UW lost its backup setter.) She is ranked as the No. 7 prospect by PrepVolleyball & No. 21 by PrepDig.

Kentucky middle blocker Brooke Bultema is entering the transfer portal. As a redshirt sophomore she appeared in 18 matches for the Wildcats. In her freshman year, the Cincinnati native averaged 2.07 kills and 0.99 blocks per set while playing in 105 sets. She has two years left.

BYU hired Utah State coach Rob Neilson as its next head coach. He played at BYU from 2003-06 and was part of the 2004 national title team.

Neilson coached 6 years at USU going 112-59 (.655). The Aggies went 24-8 (18-0) in 2025 and won their first NCAA game since 2001. byucougars.com/news/2025/12...

Former Wisconsin setter Addy Horner commits to TCU. She filled in at setter for the Badgers while Charlie Fuerbringer was injured. She has three years of eligibility left.

Izzy Starck makes her transfer to Pitt official. After winning national freshman of the year and a national championship at Penn State in 2024, the 6-foot-1 setter will continue her career with the Panthers in 2026.

Natalie Ring is transferring to Texas A&M for her final year of eligibility. The 6-foot-1 outside hitter earned All-American honors at Marquette this season.

- Texas A&M's Jamie Morrison received the Russ Rose Coach of the Year award.
- Pitt's Olivia Babcock was named the Jordan Larson Player of the Year.

Kaia Castle is headed to Texas A&M to continue her volleyball career. The 6-foot-4 middle blocker averaged 1.94 kills and 0.88 blocks per set last year at Ohio State. As a redshirt freshman, she has three years of eligibility remaining.

Eva Jeffries has committed to Tennessee. The 6-foot-2 outside hitter is the No. 28 overall 2027 prospect according to PrepVolleyball and ranked No. 33 by PrepDig. She averaged 2.4 kills per set on a stacked Sierra Canyon team, including Husker commit Kendall Omoruyi.

Nebraska finishes No. 3 in the final AVCA poll.

Texas A&M is a unanimous No. 1 followed by Kentucky. Pittsburgh and Wisconsin round out the top 5.

The Rest of the Top 10 included Texas, Stanford, Purdue, Louisville and Creighton.

Alanna Bankston is transferring to Michigan State. The Millard West grad appeared in 25 matches over three seasons at Louisville. The 6-foot-1 outside hitter had her best match against Northern Kentucky in 2024 with 8 kills on 21 attacks.

Both semifinal matches drew more than a million viewers on Thursday night.

The only bigger national semifinal average viewership was the 1.2 million for the 2024 match between Nebraska and Penn State.

A year ago, Kyndal Stowers was sitting on her couch watching the Final Four after she was medically retired from Baylor.
Today, Stowers was named the MOP while leading Texas A&M to the national championship.

The attendance for today's match was 18,533, which is the seventh largest match in NCAA history.

It beat the old record for a volleyball match at the T-Mobile Center of 18,516 from 2017 for the title match between Nebraska and Florida.

FINAL: Texas A&M completes its run to become the 13th program to win a national championship by sweeping Kentucky 24, 15, 20.

Lednicky led the Aggies with 11 kills while Stowers added 10. Cos-Okpalla had 8K and 4B.

The Wildcats hit a season-low .148 led by 13 kills from Hudson.

The Aggies are hitting .250 but have 3 aces this set. Lednicky is up to 10 kills.

Hudson has 10 kills to pace Kentucky, which is hitting .231 this set.

Texas A&M goes up 2-0 after wining the second set 25-25 over Kentucky.

Lednicky has 8 kills while Stowers hit hitting .353 with 7 kills. Underwood with 9 digs. Waak with 18 assists.

The Wildcats had 10 kills and 11 errors in the set. Hudson has 9K and DeLeye has 7K, 8 errors.

Hudson and DeLeye already have more than 20 swings in the match. DeLeye is hitting .000 with 6 kills.

Texas A&M trailed 15-9 but rallied to win the first set 26-24 over Kentucky.

The Aggies finished on a 5-1 run and hit .205. Stowers recorded 5 kills on 10 swings. Lednicky and Cos-Okpalla had 3k each.

Hudson, Carr and DeLeye all put up 4 kills for the Wildcats. UK hit .171.
