I'm always amazed at how much hate ChatGPT and other LLMs get. They're incredible tools, and have helped me be more creative in some interesting ways, and have helped my curious mind delve into some topics that I wouldn't normally have time to investigate.
More alliances please -- all the blue states. We'll have alliances to better fund education, science, technology, etc... We'll move forward without the red states.
Thanks, as a progressive/liberal, I want to see more of a police presence, especially having more of them on foot while I walk around town. I do feel like we need to do better at screening police officers (or perhaps just making it clearer that we're actually hiring the best ones).
I like that you've pointed this out, since it's been something I've thought of more and more over the years. "Fair" seems like I terrible way to decide on policy, since it's just wildly subjective. Outcomes are a far better way to go.
Nice! We should have more alliances though (pushing for better education, more grants and funding for general scientific research, universal healthcare amongst blue states, etc...)
One of the things that keeps me hopeful currently is just the potential in creating new and better systems to propel us forward (and likely finding ways to do so without the conservatives holding us back).

Here you go (you should be able to read this, since I've used one of my "gift article" links):

Yeah, this is what keeps me going currently...the idea that we can develop new and better systems to propel us forward (and likely finding ways to do so without the conservatives holding us back).
If your side is the one that shoots priests who are peacefully protesting, you're probably going to find that you're on the wrong side of history. #trumpsamerica #nokings
I think Obamacare was obviously a good thing, but perhaps I'm getting a bit jaded these days (with my higher tax contributions to the country and less voting power), but maybe we should stop propping up red states. #shutdown #obamacare

Millions of Americans depend on Obamacare. Here's where they live.

Nice of these republicans to point out the fiscal irresponsibility of all of this and of course those cherished states rights.

Just following Governor Newsom makes me feel far better about the future. The country is obviously headed to pretty dark places, but there's some hope here.
More of this please! This is all so stupid, this feels like the correct reaction.
It's of course good to have designated affordable housing, but more housing, no matter the price point lowers housing costs everywhere (supply/demand), so either way, it's a good thing.
I don't know why it's such a taboo topic. We obviously want different things (which is totally fine and reasonable, it's only an issue since we force ourselves to have to "live together"). We could even still work together in many ways where it makes sense to do so.
Love it, keep this good stuff coming! Makes me more hopeful about the future in these dark times.
..but, I do still have hope. I'm quite interested in how we can still move forward -- at least the educated, more sane parts of the country. I think there could be some interesting options there.
I honestly appreciate your optimism (and the optimism of those like Reich and Heather Cox Richardson). Unfortunately, depending on the survey, Trump still has an approval rating of between 40-49% currently, which is staggeringly depressing to me, and so I unfortunately don't share it.
Good, but let's invest and push even harder in education. And let's find new and better ways of educating our children (and adults).
Perfect, more of this!
