Hi everyone. I’m an artist/illustrator working primarily in oil and acrylic paint, and I’m also a software engineer interested in game dev and front end.
@nathanhoad.bsky.social told me to sign up so here I am 😸🎨 this is my latest painting, The Emerald City.
Oil painting featuring a futsu pumpkin, green bottle, mirrored bauble, moomin toy holding an Apple, a coloured sand bottle, and marbles, all on top of a wooden Fry’s Cocoa box and behind these items is an open yellow book (The Wizard of Oz) with green page edges. The painting is on a desk with a full palette and the painting set up behind it.

After 6 days in hospital, I finally got to come home! @nathanhoad.net has been taking excellent care of me as he always does (I’ve been unwell for a long time). 💗 & very thankful to the amazing surgeons, hospital teams, fam & friends for everything. 💗😭

if you are food insecure for both the humans and pets in your household there is a tool called Pet Help Finder that can help locate pet food banks nearby and other free or reduced price assistance and supplies for pets.
no one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, should have to give up their pet bc of this.
