and i dont have to go to bed as early as i used to, and still wake at 6:30- 7 am without an alarm on my days off. a healthy circadian rhythm starts with extra sleep.
if ur finding it hard to actually get to sleep at 7:30-8, taking magnesium a 30 min before bed works v well by relaxing your muscles

the trick for me was to really go to bed early. like early. 7:30 pm early(i read for a half hour and slept at 8). get enough sleep that youre not tired by 6am and it makes the habit form much easier. and youre getting really good sleep.
Ive been an early morning barista for over three years now 👍

i didn’t understand everything yet, but cql visuals were so breathtaking. then i got further into the characters and their dynamics and the novel. i love what i do now, i really wanted to get better at drawing wangxian, and people in general, develop a clear style, and experiment. and i’m doing it!

i was really trying to capture something during this time… I wanted to live in this world so badly. it felt really good to my brain. something I miss so much about my early mdzs fandom days.

while out hunting for new goodies for my apartment, i came across a painting of a countryside that has a large view of the blue sky and fluffy clouds that look like a colony of bunnies.
it got me wistful for when I’d draw this type of majestic scenery often in my fanart. so have some of these again

wangxian meeting in the forests of gusu. they face each other a little ways away, as if just seeing each other. it’s sunny and bright green leaves are above them. wwx is slightly shadowed in the foreground, with little apple there too, though its hard to see him and he becomes part of the nature around them.
