An old lava lamp, after the initial burst of life from the heated, ivory-colored wax, which looks like some embryonic alien life form in a jar. The light is amber towards the bottom, and aqua blue in the middle and top.

During Grand Trines, I think it is important to have some stressful aspects going on, so we don’t just sit back and coast along with the smooth trine energy. We need the angst and friction to get us moving, so we can take advantage of the trines.

The current sky, with Jupiter in Cancer trine Saturn retrograde in Pisces and Mars in Scorpio. Mercury in Scorpio is also trine Neptune retrograde in Pisces. Jupiter is square Chiron retrograde in Aries. Mercury is about to oppose Uranus retrograde in Gemini.

I find that the whole lesson of Mars is learning to take action and be assertive in the most effective and mutually beneficial ways.

Mars generally starts out as just raw passion & impulsive action. But over time, you (hopefully) learn how to harness the energy, very much like The Chariot in Tarot.

One manifestation of a 6H Venus-Mars conjunction in ♊️ is occasionally having difficulty in getting time off work, and having vacation time, which is supposed to be paid, actually being paid.

A store manager at Sbux did not put in my vacation hours pay on *three* separate occasions. so frustrating.🤬

In secondary progressions, the Sun is sextile your Sun. Same for Converse Progressions, AND the two Suns (2P & CP) trine each other.

Also—Solar Arc planets
sextile your natal planets.

As Mars in ♏️ was applying to trine my Sun in ♋️ yesterday, I deep-cleaned my refrigerator & freezer. Even took off the rubber door seals and soaked/scrubbed them until spotless. That felt really good.✨

Cancer is much about containers—all protective forms, really. Of course, this includes the fridge.
