today’s lecture in class was almost entirely on Marsilio Ficino, he was such a yearner lmfao, writes a book about love to get over his unrequited love and then turns into a priest, goes thru an unrelenting depressive episode he ascribes to saturn🤣🤣🤣🤣

I've been ranting and raving abt this to everyone I know ever since I started pelvic floor therapy. It deeply affected my whole body and awareness of my body. The core of the stomach supports the whole body. The first thing my pt had me do was track my bathroom habits. Strongly helped! Go piss girl!

this is gonna be kind of gross lol but if you want to work with your moon: go to the bathroom when you need to, don’t deny your body of its needs😭😭 it gets easier to attune to your body this way, recognizing when it feels fatigue, hunger, etc.

definitely, plays well w the idea of constant changes of the seasons, there's a consistency to it that the moon at times lacks (wax/wane) (also thinking of cancer being cardinal, leo being fixed)
