fun facts I have learned:

some SSRI can cause hypoglycemia in some people.

its actually NOT normal to be so shakey and sick feeling when you haven't eaten in like 6 hours bc the body's blood sugar when healthy should not drop that severely.

vitamins to help curb appetite can lower blood sugar
