Boulet et Natalie marchent dans la rue, et arrivent devant la terrasse d'un restaurant appelé "Sushi Palace"
(des crochets autour du texte indiquent qu'il faut imaginer que les personnages parent en anglais)
Boulet: "Hé ! Un resto japonais ! Ça fait longtemps... Ça te dit, des sushis ?"
Natalie: "Oh ! Bien sûr !"

Ils s'installent et lisent le menu

Natalie: "Un truc que j'aime chez les français, c'est qu'ils savent se tenir dans les lieux publics. Au resto les gens ne parlent pas trop fort, ils respectent les autre..."

Natalie: "J'ai l'impression qu'aux États-Unis, il y aurait trois gamins en train de courir en bousculant des tables, et que leurs parents leur hurleraient dessus sans se lever de leurs chaises."

Boulet écoute, un peu perplexe. Natalie continue:
"Il y a un auteur, Rick Steves, qui a fait des vidéos sur la France, et il parle de cette grâce qui nous manque aux États-Unis."
Rick Steves (en incrustation dans l'image): "Il y a une dignité silencieuse chez le français à table."

À ce moment, une jeune femme de la table à côté se lève pour réajuster son siège en hurlant à la cantonade (en français): "AH PUTAIN J'AIME PAS CES CHAISES, LÀ. MON CUL C'EST DU TARTARE."

Natalie: "Que... Qu'est-ce qu'elle a dit ?"
Boulet (continuant à lire le menu): "C'était... Plein de grâce et de dignité silencieuse."
