Modern life lessons which I never knew that I never knew:
A bag of baby carrots from the fresh produce section does not appreciate being stuck in the freezer for a few weeks and then moved to the fridge for usage after another bag has been used up. Cuz, I now have a bag of spongy baby carrots.😅

I figured the transit time would be the slow part of my order - NOT it just sitting on the shelves until the last possible second. Such abysmal service like this is what keeps #Amazon as a last resort rather than a go-to for me.
