This has got to be the weakest possible statement in light of the circumstances.

Meekly calling on Jim Jordan of all people to hold a hearing where Bondi shows up?
House Judiciary Republicans must call AG Bondi for a hearing when Congress is back in session.

The Department of Justice will be held accountable.

I’m increasingly convinced the “post truth” narrative is completely wrong and any of these scandals could be the end of Trump if Democrats actually pursued the case and kept talking about it.

They literally never do this.
The New York Times investigated 346 people who donated at least $250,000 to Trump and found that more than half of them (197) have received pardons, jobs, government contracts, special treatment, or favors.
Hundreds of Big Post-Election Donors Have Benefited From Trump’s Return to Office
Well into his second term, the president and his allies have continued aggressively raising money. Many donors have interests before his administration, The Times found.

Well if anything the right is no longer engaging in the sort of soft racism that Lee Atwater once described. It’s open white supremacy and the media and so-called opposition party won’t say it is.

Once when we wanted to show the ineffectual dithering of The Good Place Committee, we had one of them say, "There are rules, procedures. This is The Good Place -- we can't just *do stuff.*" We almost didn't include it, because we thought it was a little on the nose.

Have you ever heard someone go off, and their words are so perfectly chosen, so well said in that moment, that you’re in awe? You think, “There’s nothing to add here,” and you applaud in your head.

That’s exactly this. Pure perfection. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.
