We welcome the APPG for Young Carers and Young Adult Carers' report on the impact of caring responsibilities on young people. 📑

⏰ And we're pleased that it calls on Govt to address the 21 hour rule which means young adult carers cannot claim Carer's Allowance if they study for over 21 hours a week.
