I was a complete rebel Chris, checked out the price of various beef cuts and bought a Silverside roasting joint, trimmed all the fat and diced it. healthy splash of red wine, butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, red onions and celery salt. Slow-cooked over 4 hours and presto! #digiblogchat
