Had a panic attack yesterday (normal for me) but this time it triggered an asthma attack within seconds. I’d never had a full blown panic attack & full blown asthma attack simultaneously before & it was WILD. Went to urgent care & can breathe now but the steroids I have to take make me feel so sick😭
