Love that! One of my besties’ brothers lives in Ennis, so I spent most of my time wandering there, and then through the state, and that was, frankly, spectacular.
No, it’s the opposite of, not reverse. It’s a saying that we have where you don’t just look at the clouds around the sun, but you flipped to the other side of the sky, and look at the reverse of the sun setting, which is where you’ll find some of the most beautiful colors, Thanks for the snark tho!
Lessons learned: situate the finished egg on the cornbread so the yolk runs into it. A bit more salt and pepper to set off the honey. Went light this time to see how honey and egg paired first.
