If you consider any income stream, whether a Gov Dept or an individual benefits, who derive that income from no effort or endeavour, and become dependent on that income, it is a false reality, a perversion of economics, and serves no altruistic purpose, but to feed a perverse system of reasoning.

To be fair, quite a few have commented on why the BBC has given Farage (who is without any rational policies) far more coverage than the Greens or Lib Dems who represent a greater constituency.

This ’impartiality’ is also possibly funded by Farage’s sponsors.
