Took a much-needed break from the usual rhythm on Tuesday for a hike up Mount Yonah. 🥾⛰️

The climb was invigorating, and the view from the top was absolutely awe-inspiring. We soaked it all in over lunch before making our way back down.

Grateful for days like this. 🌲

It’s totally worth it!! I recommend visiting both FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound if you visit the area. The music history is breathtaking and inspiring!
