True, but it’s not like it’s a new thing so you’d hope the CMS users would learn to avoid using graphics where the content is roughly in that space. Clearly not in this case. It’s sloppy all round.

I spotted similar stickers to those around Kings Norton in January and March. Haven’t seen any more recently but will now keep an extra look out for them

In Australia, when a tree is illegally cut down, the local government area or council will put up a giant billboard as an eyesore in its place that says “A tree has been vandalized”. That ensures that no one can benefit from removing a tree to improve their view! Sign stays until vegetation regrows.

to the man in the NHS car who saw me running along the pavement and drove deliberately slowly in the middle of the road so I could get to the bus stop before the bus did: I hope today that your coffee is hot, your lunch is delicious and your meetings are short and productive 💫

When the tube is partially closed due to engineering works, of course it’s buses to the rescue! @bususersuk.bsky.social

Really enjoyed wandering around the Surreal Solihull exhibition curated by @ruthmillington.bsky.social in #Solihull town centre yesterday. Nice to see the more historic but less foot traffic heavy end of the high street get some love.
Large wooden display board with surreal Solihull written on it, where Solihull is upside down and the o is an eye Two woooden boards in front of an old looking building. The building looks Tudor. The boards have colourful art on them

Sorry, I haven’t gotten into the habit of checking here yet. Is this still an issue @dracos.co.uk?

That explains why my message wouldn’t send to a pal. I thought it was just my phone being funny (which it is on occasion inclined to do).

Seems fitting my first message here should be about public transport. Caught bus> train> bus to @bususersuk.bsky.social strategic planning day in London.
