WIP. Night time is super pretty now. I took the moons from the game jam version of Project Spectrum and went ham with the current sea. It even makes the sky glow~

I wanted to add a move for creating a "spike armor" that damages the attacker.
This led to creating a new system for HOLDING effects instead of just activating them, which includes activation triggers, removal rules, etc.
