Watched The Ghosts of Hanley House. This movie's got atmosphere in spades! Some horror movies are so low budget, the grimeyness adds to the feeling of terror. Add a cool, experimental soundtrack, freaky ghost noises, dark and dramatic lighting, and you got a lot of horror for a little money.
