I LIKE that Medicaid was there for my sister when she had a brain tumor and could no longer work and that a few of my friends have that same support.
I LIKE that my friend has support for her developmentally disabled daughter through funded programs.

I LIKE that the FBI and CIA work hard to protect us.
I LIKE that my children had a good public school education and were free to read what they needed and wanted to read in school.
I LIKE that Johns Hopkins teaching and research hospital saved my brother's life.

I LIKE my right to protect my personal information.
I LIKE having CDC guidance on COVID-19 and other health issues.
I LIKE receiving recall alerts from the FDA and that they work on keeping our food, drugs, etc. safe.
I LIKE that the VA is available to serve my veteran family and friends.

I LIKE that my tax dollars help repair and maintain roads, help people in need through funded organizations, support schools and more.
I LIKE being able to keep my home warm in winter and cool in summer without breaking the bank.
I LIKE being able to vote in free and fair elections.

I LIKE when my husband has access to materials for his work and doesn't need to charge his customers more to cover higher costs, and they like that, too.
I LIKE that my friends in aviation, at the FAA and NOAA have good jobs and are dedicated to helping us get around, keeping us safe and informed.

I LIKE when my LGBTQ+ and multicultural family and friends feel seen and safe.
I LIKE my wild blueberries from Canada and my avocados from Mexico at reasonable prices.
I LIKE finding affordable appliances, electronics and car parts as ours age out and break down.

I LIKE that Medicare is allowing us to be as healthy as possible in our senior years.
I LIKE that I was able to get a D&C for a missed abortion when my first child failed to develop inside me but didn't spontaneously abort.
I LIKE my monthly Social Security check now that I am retired.

I LIKE that WIC helped me and my children with nutrition when my husband was learning his trade at low apprenticeship pay.
I LIKE that the ACA helped us get affordable health care when we needed it.
