Thank you for your interest in volunteering! It is hard work from people like you who make our events the show stoppers that they are. Roles: There are many ways to help us organize this event. Depending on your interest, you can help with pre-event/post-event tasks, or event day tasks. Pre/post event tasks involve planning, coordinating, marketing, and other tasks done to set up our event for success. Event day tasks involve the in-person running of the games expo including setting up the event hall, handling admission sales, and helping guide attendees. Communication: Our team communicates through our Discord server. Each person who fills out this form and joins our Discord server will be given either the "volunteer" role (for people who signed up to help in general), the "day-of volunteer" role (for people who signed up to work on the day of the event), or both. Note: You cannot be both an exhibitor and a volunteer at the same event. If you intend to exhibit, please let us know.
