this guy contacted us for a tattoo and the reference images he sent are all AI and i stg even his tattoo request message itself is AI. i don’t like this reality we’re in.
i was watching a pirated stream of the Canes game last night & i fell asleep for the last period. when i woke up there was an interview happening & for some reason the voices were like slow motion & warped & it was so disorienting 🥴
“Minnesota’s come hard here.”

damn are they allowed to do that with everyone watching that’s crazy
okayyy consider me very interested

the Rangers are playing the Wild & it’s funny ‘cause i went to high school
with a Jared Spurgeon but he grew up to be a mens rights activist loser who didn’t want his half Black daughter to see a therapist who had a BLM sticker on her door 🥴

I wasn’t exaggerating it rules so hard
checking my phone all Canes game during a wedding and tbh worth it
bonkers to go to the doctor for affirmation that you’re becoming a muscle mommy but we all do silly things sometimes.

(note: i no longer identify as muscular or a mommy.)
a man in a suit and white shirt is standing in front of a map .
Alt: tony perkis played by Ben Stiller in Heavywrights. he’s wearing a suit and he’s captioned as saying “can you smell it”

on this day 6 years ago, i went to the doctor thinking something was wrong with me, but it turned out i just had abdominal muscles that were visible for the first time in my life.
my gen-z coworker showed me how to do something on the work ipad that i had no clue you could do.
it’s over for me.
i held on as long as i could
but i am now Old.
it does depend on the magazine/contest. some don’t consider a personal blog or social media as previously published & some do. posting on something like wattpad WOULD typically be considered previously published. i generally play it safe with anything i plan to submit & keep it off the internet.

i do think there should be a post office for people who know how to use a post office and a separate post office for The Others
he could fit inside that suitcase tho
really into writing about brothers/brotherhood & not talking to my own brother
tbh i’m not really a huge horror movie fan (but there are some i do love!) but their characters have been fun to make as Furbys with Halloween coming up.

here are two i finished in the past week: Billy the puppet from Saw and Beetlejuice AKA Beetlefurb.

they’re up for adoption: garlicfurb.etsy.com
i’m having a rough day but silver linings: there is Canes hockey tonight
i made a new profile pic for my furby insta. procreate is good at making it look like i know what i’m doing 🧄
i just took my phone out of my pants pocket at my work desk & my weed pen came out with it & fell onto the floor & it reminded me of the PWHL game i attended in Detroit where i reached into my jacket pocket for my phone & a tampon came out with it & flew thru the air to land a couple feet away.
to me……Matthew Tkachuk is like when you’re excited to hang out with your friend (NHL) but then she says her fuck ass boyfriend (Matthew) is coming along and you’re like ok…i mean sure, i still like my friend (hockey) but now there’s this guy here and she really wants me to like him for some reason??

Whatever you do, please don’t stop reading.

Read for joy. Read for education. Read for resistance. Read banned books. Read books by marginalized authors. Read about experiences that differ from your own.

Just. Keep. Reading.
