the adult in me wants to get one of those kits you can temporarily catch bugs in with a lil magnifying glass to observe them then you can release them

i’m not entirely sure how you think it might be interacting with your adhd but i’m medicated for both anxiety and adhd and i know that my adhd symptoms exacerbated my anxiety a lot. good luck navigating this!
