Yes!! Because putting more pressure there from needing to sit on the toilet for longer than a minute or two is bad. Also the pressure your ahhh pelvic floor and other butt muscles have to go through to push your shit out all contribute to hemorrhoids.

I wrote MFC support about this last night and they got back to me and said that if we go in and make a small edit - like to the title I of the goal, etc… it should force the cache to update right away. They seem to be aware and working on the issue though - so that is good!
