Schedule Update:
I've been completely off my posted schedule for months mainly because I'm trying to figure out my sleep schedule.
I'm pretty sure my awake period is around 20-24 hours in my circadian rhythm.
Then I sleep for 10 ish hours, & it takes me 3-4 hours to wake up

I take medication & use nose plugs when I do my powder makeup.
i also do it in a different room with a vent & a robe to protect my clothes.
Sometimes the nose plug falls out bc i have to get up in there with the powder puff and if that happens I usually get a reaction lol

Rhinitus = physical irritation of the lining of the sinus, which happens due to dust or perfume or whatever particles in the air (setting powder lol). When i get a reaction i'm pretty much stuck waiting until my sinuses decide to stop revolting, which can be hours or days.

I know you didn't ask but I have both allergies and nonallergic rhinitis, and the rhinitis is usually what takes me out because it takes longer to calm down. Allergies = histamine response, so i take medicine and 45 minutes later i'm fine.

Sooooooooo I have my makeup on and refuse to wash it off until i get online for at least 3 hours.
Sneezes are slowing down - we're up to 49 - so hopefully soon.

I'd do a sneezing stream except I am miserable when my allergies go off and it scares people LOLOLOLOL
